J & J Series Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc

In 2012 the J&J team looked beyond McLaren Vale to Australia's premium Sauvignon Blanc region, the Adelaide Hills to produce this wine from a fantastic vintage. From a much higher altitude than McLaren Vale this wine is crisp and refreshing whilst still offering body and weight on the palate not usually displayed from a cool climate wine.

Layers of dark ripe fruits flood the senses with even oak and hints of spice and fruitcake. A vibrant balance between oak and intense flavours of red currents, wild berries and ripe plums open up to reveal an interestingly spicy and lingering finish.
